Zogaj

After many requests, what I have to say about the case Zogaj , I would like to use the day of departure of the family, to make this Publik. I have deliberately restrained myself until now because I wanted to avoid any exploitation, and a role as an amalgamation of social workers help people OÖ FMB and my role as a politician. Here's my statement:


Zogaj The case is the tip of the iceberg, the apparent is that all parties have failed completely on this system: the NGOs that make a man, although it is hopeless, hopes that the authorities, the are not able to make decisions in a timely and above all the politics that is not willing to take the necessary human and high-quality environment create for the people who work in this area and serviced.
The few who behave decently in this Causa, Friedl is the pastor and the people who have tried to help the family through private donations. This is my high respect and consideration!

When asked whether the family should stay, I must say quite frankly: there are many others in similar situations. And I would describe as an insult, when these people get the possibility of re-entry and not Arigona Zogaj and her family already, because they are in the public eye. It must
apply one law for everybody.

I work myself for ten years in the People's Aid, the organization of the Zogajs be maintained and which is indeed ready even now to student visas and the possibility of re-entry in October.

I find this very laudable, but what about those who are not in the newspaper every day? Either we have laws that apply to all and also those who claim to get what no support or turn it down any, as he needs it. And on the other hand I repudiate me!

All of these problems in the field of asylum, we would not have if our green proposal would get a majority, Namely, that those longer than 5 years in Austria and unpunished , here are getting a permanent residence permit and labor market access. From a purely economic and human perspective, anyway it is an absolute madness that happens in this area!
